2.6.2026 / News JENZ presents a new "Tiger" version of shredder BA 1026 Tiger
With the new “Tiger” version of the BA 1026 series, JENZ is expanding its product portfolio in the segment of high[1]performance biomass processing machines. As the flagship model within the product range, the BA 1026 combines maximum power reserves with an especially robust design for continuous use under the most demanding conditions.
The powerful CAT C18 engine with 812 hp, combined with the proven TwinGear system, ensures maximum efficiency for both chipping and shredding operations, as different operating speeds can be realized at full engine power.
Particularly noteworthy is the massive hopper trough with a volume of around 9 m³, a length of 4.82 m, and a low loading height of only 2.3 m, ensuring comfortable and high[1]performance material intake. The large feed opening of 1,620 x 960 mm additionally supports high material throughput. The robust D4 crawler track system and total weight of 32 tonnes ensure maximum stability and smooth operation even under continuous heavy-duty loads.
With its high intake capacity, smooth running characteristics, and impressive throughput —particularly in the processing of waste wood with capacities exceeding 450 cubic meters per hour — the BA 1026 positions itself as the most powerful shredder in the entire JENZ product range. The compact, foldable discharge conveyor with a discharge height of up to 4.90 m also enables flexible and efficient material logistics across a wide variety of operating sites.
